Our team of highly skilled and experiences construction consultants with backgrounds in strong commercial performance can undertake a commercial process review. This will look at the commercial systems and processes that your business uses thought Pre-construction, Contract Administration and Post Completion phases.

We will review a typical customer journey(s), as there may be more than one type of journey, from initial lead to post completion from a commercial control perspective.

Pre-construction
