2024 has been a year of resilience, growth, and reflection for VOLOCO LLP. We began the year filled with optimism and excitement, only to face an early challenge when our longest-standing client of 10 years, ISG, informed us they could no longer continue with our services due to cost-cutting measures 💷🔪. As ISG accounted for a significant portion of our turnover, this news marked a pivotal moment for us.
What initially seemed like a setback turned out to be an opportunity. The need to adapt and diversify drove us to expand our client base, and we successfully replaced the lost turnover in a remarkably short time. Later in the year, ISG ceased operations entirely. Thankfully, we had no exposure at the time, though we did experience minor effects from the collapse of ESS Modular, a sister company.
We are very aware that we were more fortunate than some of ISG’s supply chain that suffered significant losses from their failure and seemingly little chance of recovery. We wish all of them the best with moving onward and upward.
In June, we marked VOLOCO’s 10th anniversary with a fantastic celebration 🎉 The entire team came together to enjoy a day of planning, fun, and even some axe-throwing 🪓🎯
