Reflecting on VOLOCO in 2023…
Our business has continued to develop sustainably in every sense of the word. We have added 2 new team members; Adrian Green, as part of the commercial team and Andrea Morgan providing design and Sustainability consulting. This continued growth has seen a necessary change in how the business is run with both Richard Perry and George Walters joining our CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
As we end the year, we have begun working with new customers and are in dialogue with several other companies about how we can work with them in 2024 providing Design Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Consulting, Estimating, Sustainability consulting, Bid and Preconstruction Management and O&M manual support. We continue to deliver the best value to customers forming relationships with open and honest dialogue. To support this further, we are implementing a CX system to ensure we put our customers first, serve their needs, listen, and respond to feedback.
We are excited about our plans for 2024 and hope that the year is a successful one for all.
