Millwrights Place and Coopers Court
Design and installation of external facades including structural framing system to multi-storey residential tower blocks providing 297 apartments across two buildings on the former Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters site.

Single storey kitchen extension, including a knock-through, internal alterations and finishes including new kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
Lydstep Flats
Refurbishment works to 3 identical high-rise towers including over-cladding of existing external walls, replacement windows and doors, roof repairs and replacement, replacement rainwater pipes, balcony repairs and replacement balustrades. Minor structural repairs and some internal works were also part of the project. The project was procured through the SEWSCAP framework by Cardiff Council.

The construction of 111 studio and cluster bedroom student accommodation including 2 commercial spaces on the ground floor and the demolition of the two existing buildings.
